Assemble a bootable DVD set, with this app. included, as part of my Engineer's Toolkit

This would be able to boot per OS ie.DVD 1 for M$ Win; DVD 2 for Linux; and DVD 3 for the Apple MAC. The first, would contain utilities to: ( 1 ) clean out the Registry of all remaining dead links, in an order of descending system-wide impact; ( 2 ) enable offline system defragmentation; ( 3 ) consolidate free space; ( 4 ) defragment the swapfile; ( 5 ) adjust the space allocated to MFT, to a size appropriate to the size of logical drive allocated to the OS; ( 6 ) vacuum file fragments in free space; ( 7 ) speed up boot times, by allowing editing of TSRs ( start-up apps. ); ( 8 ) install a proper software cache; etc. You get the isea, I'm sure ..
